After completing her compulsory schooling, Tsendsuren studied medicine. Tsendsuren's company is a family business in which her husband Erdenetuul also works. About 15 years ago, he started making windows from leftover glass. 3 years later, he imported windows from China for the first time and installed them for his customers. They have been producing their own products since 2012. Erdenetuul is mainly responsible for production and customer service, while Tsendsuren handles finance, purchasing and other management tasks. When she has capacity, she still works as a doctor. Her son is currently studying civil engineering and also works in the company. He may one day take over the company.

Project description

Tsendsuren specializes in the manufacture of plastic and metal windows and doors. They also produce glass façades and offer services such as consulting, delivery, installation, maintenance, etc. as additional services. Their customers are mainly business customers or public clients. They focus on residential projects, schools, kindergartens and hospitals. Private individuals also buy Tsendsuren's products for their homes. They gain most of their customers through word of mouth. Customers appreciate the high, durable quality and comfort (noise protection). Their products are also characterized by their appealing design and ease of use. One of Tsendsuren's specialties is the rapid implementation of construction projects: They can complete a 16-storey construction project in just 45 days.

In future, Tsendsuren would like to focus even more on business customers and public sector clients and expand its product range. In addition to new window products, it wants to further expand the production of glass façades, using new technologies to reduce heat loss and save energy. Tsendsuren is ready to develop further and learn new things.
