Leather goods

Bilguun B.

The young family man Bilguun is the second generation to run a leather goods company. His father founded the company 15 years ago and has now handed over the management to Bilguun. His father is still working in the company to complete the handover to Bilguun and introduce him to all the tasks. However, Bilguun is not new to the job, as he was already actively involved in the company as a young adult and thus learned the trade. What motivates Bilguun, who studied interior design and previously also worked as a chef, is the fact that the products he makes in his company are "Made in Mongolia" and bring joy to his customers.

Project description

Bilguun focuses on leather belts with traditional and fashionable designs. Its customers appreciate the exclusive design, the wide selection and the robust and durable properties. Bilguun only uses pure cowhide leather, as it is very stable and strong. He sells the products in the mid-price segment in his own store, in well-known department stores, in retail outlets and online. Bilguun also produces leather accessories such as wallets, cell phone and business card cases and key rings.

Bilguun wants to further develop the family business and catch up with the leading companies in the Mongolian leather industry. To this end, he wants to expand his product range with new fashionable leather belts, strengthen the brand and increase its market presence. Bilguun appears committed, has relevant specialist knowledge and knows his way around the industry. In addition to the BPN seminars and coaching sessions, Bilguun has already taken out a BPN loan to finance new leather processing machines.
