The step to start her own company was the right decision for Batchimeg. The 47-year-old loves her job because she can pass on what she has learned and, as managing director, she can decide on the appropriate services herself. Batchimeg wants to make the best vision possible for every customer. Her services include preliminary examinations, diagnoses as well as eye surgery (laser for vision correction and lens implants). Her clients especially appreciate the high quality services, short waiting times and friendly, pleasant environment.

In the future, Batchimeg would like to be one of Mongolia's market-leading eye clinics. To this end, it plans to expand its services, for example with surgical procedures on the retina. Batchimeg attends seminars at BPN and takes advantage of coaching sessions. Above all, she would like to further her education in business management.
