Nazakat looks back on a varied career: after training as a felt cutter, she gained many years of management experience in the Russian catering industry, where she most recently worked as a restaurant manager. In 2019, she returned to her homeland and realized her original professional passion, textile processing. With two leased special-purpose machines and the energetic support of her son, she laid the foundation for her own sewing business, which she steadily expanded with great commitment and vision.

Today, the company employs around 30 people in Bishkek and the Issyk-Kul region. It produces fashionable women's clothing with a focus on larger sizes, ranging from sporty to classic.

Project description

The main customers are online marketplaces in the CIS region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, etc.), where demand for high-quality plus-size fashion is continuously increasing. At the same time, fierce competition places high demands on quality, pricing, and reliability. The family atmosphere within the company, characterized by loyalty and team spirit, is a key factor in its success.

With an eye to the future, structures in management, accounting, and marketing are to be strengthened in a targeted manner. The daughter and son are already involved, a sign of the family business's sustainable orientation. In collaboration with BPN, Nazakat now wants to professionalize processes, expand online marketing, optimize financial planning, and further develop the management of the growing team.
