Azamat has turned his passion for education and development into his own business in Osh. After completing his studies in 2023, he laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial career and founded his own educational company, which specializes in German courses and vocational qualification programmes in Germany. It is primarily aimed at pupils in years 9 to 11 and students from their first year of study onwards.

Project description

The courses combine modern online and offline learning. A particularly unique selling point is the practical orientation: Azamat offers comprehensive support in all organizational phases, from the application to the work experience in Germany.

The corporate culture at Azamat promotes the continuous training of employees and offers attractive development prospects. Azamat has ambitious growth plans: the aim is to establish 3 training locations in Osh and to further develop its services through automation and targeted expansion of the target groups. In addition, the company is planning to introduce new programs for adults aged 25 and over, which will combine language training with job opportunities in Germany.

Azamat sees the BPN training program as an excellent opportunity to further develop his entrepreneurial and business management skills. In particular, he would like to benefit from BPN's expertise and networks in the areas of strategic management, process automation and sustainable growth.
