In 2018, Erkingul put this plan into action. With rented premises, simple machines and an initial roll of wire, she laid the foundations for her company. Thanks to her experience and determination, the business grew rapidly. Thanks to a loan, she was able to expand the range and also offer larger quantities. Today, she runs the business together with her husband, who is responsible for maintaining and repairing the machines, and her younger son, who assists in sales. Her aim is to build up the company sustainably and pass it on across the generations - even if the succession is currently still open.

Erkingul plans to open a second sales outlet in the next 4 years and further expand the product range. The demand is there, but the main challenges are staff recruitment and an efficient accounting structure. She sees the BPN program as an opportunity to structure her company more professionally. Her husband would also like to benefit from the seminars so that they can actively shape growth together.
