Nazira studied philosophy. After graduating, she worked as a lecturer in philosophy at a university before becoming deputy director of the mining school in Bishkek. During this time, she began dreaming of opening a private school and saving money for it. Her husband, a lawyer, decided to support her in realizing her idea. In order to open her own school, Nazira and her husband sold their car and rented out their own apartment. With this money, Nazira rented the premises to start her own private elementary school. That was her start as an entrepreneur.
"Every purchase we made for the school back then was particularly valuable to us, as we had to buy everything with our own hard-earned money. But we managed to earn money within the first month of starting up. Within 2 years we have built up a good reputation and for the last 4 years we have been working steadily in our market and continuing to develop. Our strength is that so far we have kept all the promises we have made to parents and can guarantee the quality of education," says Nazira. At the moment, Nazira runs an elementary school up to grade 5 and offers additional clubs and sports activities as it has its own well-insulated sports hall. For the future, Nazira dreams of obtaining a license for grades 6 to 9 and initially introducing a sixth grade with the subjects Chinese and robotics. Nazira's school currently has 37 employees and 231 pupils.
Nazira came to BPN to acquire business management skills. She is very happy that she took this step and started the training program at BPN. Nazira has already taken part in 3 seminars. Her husband, who has now given up his job as a lawyer and also works in the company, would like to attend all BPN seminars together with Nazira if possible.
