Ainura was born in Issyk-Kul and grew up in Bishkek. She has 2 university degrees in economics and finance and credit. After her studies, she successfully managed a wholesale warehouse on Lake Issyk-Kul for 13 years and gained extensive experience in trade. In 2023, she decided to start her own sewing business. Using her own funds, she bought 25 modern high-performance sewing machines and other sewing equipment, hired employees and started her business in a rented room. Initially, she concentrated on tailor-made women's pants.
In addition to pants, the range now also includes tracksuits for adults and children as well as jackets and suits. In the future, Ainura plans to launch her own children's clothing line, as she has extensive knowledge of children's clothing as a mother of 4 children. Sales are going well, but Ainura lacks specialized sewing skills and experience in production management. She therefore sought support from BPN to expand her knowledge. Her mother-in-law, an experienced seamstress, actively supports her in production.
In October, Ainura bought her parents' large house in a suburb of Bishkek and moved production there in order to combine living and working. Her vision is to set up a spacious workshop on three floors. She is also planning a dormitory for the seamstresses and a kindergarten nearby to make it easier for young mothers to work and earn money. Ainura is looking forward to the BPN seminars, especially on the topics of marketing and employee management.
