Pavel worked as a blacksmith for several years before taking an assistant position in a turning shop. During his time there, he acquired extensive expertise that eventually motivated him to start his own lathe business. At the end of 2019, Pavel was presented with a fortunate opportunity when he was able to purchase some used lathes at a reasonable price. He rented his own business premises and eventually opened his own company. After only half a year, Pavel received his first large order, which allowed him to hire 2 more employees. With the income generated, he was able to expand production, buy additional raw material and purchase machines for threading large and long parts.
Pavel continuously reinvests the profits he makes in order to expand his business and improve working conditions for his employees. He recently invested in the construction of an office and a break room with a kitchen. He also had a washroom with a shower and washing machine installed for himself and his team. Because of his own difficult childhood in an orphanage, it is very important to Pavel to make a contribution to improving the living conditions of others.
At present, Pavel's company mainly offers repairs and restorations of special tools, bending of metal structures and thread cutting in various degrees of difficulty. In the future, he plans to expand his product range to include gear cutting, the bending of metal structures for the construction industry and the hardening of parts. Pavel is extremely dedicated and is looking forward to attending marketing and finance seminars to expand his knowledge in financial accounting and gain new customers.
