Aibek's mother, a dentist with extensive experience in state clinics, was one of his first employees. She not only brought her expert knowledge with her, but also her loyal clientele. Aibek invested his own capital in state-of-the-art dental equipment and rented renovated practice premises in the city center. With an acquired license and a lot of enthusiasm, he started his business, working as a managing director and practicing dentist himself.

Aibek sees the biggest challenge in confronting the Soviet mindset of patients who expect free treatment. "We make it clear to them that the high costs of high-quality materials and staff salaries have to be covered," he says. Currently, Aibek's practice covers dental services for adults and children, including orthopaedics and surgery. He plans to expand his services in the future to include implantology and orthodontics. Always eager to learn, Aibek is looking forward to his continuing education at BPN. He would like to take his wife to the seminars as she is a valuable support in his business.
