Project description

The kindergarten can accommodate up to 200 children, with 160 to 170 children currently enrolled in 6 groups. Customers appreciate the facilities, the comfort, the opening hours, the spacious canteen, the large auditorium and the salt room to prevent allergies and colds. The curriculum is standardized, and a relative helped Meerim set up the kindergarten. She currently has 27 employees, 21 of whom are permanent. The repayment of the loan for the premises is going well and Meerim transfers a monthly amount for the repayment.

In the future, Meerim plans to increase the number of groups to 8 and the number of children to 200 in order to fully utilize the kindergarten before she opens the first branch. In the next 5 to 10 years, she plans to establish and expand a second kindergarten with a focus on speech therapy. Almost half of the children already have speech therapy problems due to the lack of live communication and heavy reliance on cell phones and other modern gadgets. Meerim is looking forward to future BPN seminars and is particularly interested in the seminars on marketing and staff management.
