Building blocks

Renat M.

Renat comes from a family of talented craftsmen. Despite this, he decided to study at university, but his roots in the trade would not let him go. In 2013, he took over his father's business and has since expanded it from a one-man operation to a flourishing company with 20 employees.

His company specializes in the production of bricks and Renat is constantly on the lookout for innovative technologies to expand his product range. His latest coup is the production of bricks made from waste glass. The idea of recycling glass waste and integrating it into the concrete mixing process is not only environmentally friendly, but also has great potential for the future.

Project description

Renat has also built a drying room that enables him to dry his bricks in the shortest possible time, even in winter. This gives him an additional competitive advantage over his competitors. Renat's vision is to open new production facilities in other parts of Kyrgyzstan and to set up additional production lines for glass bricks in the capital and in the southern region of Osh.

In order to develop his company not only technologically, but also entrepreneurially and economically, Renat followed the advice of a friend and signed up for the BPN program. We are delighted to support the innovative entrepreneur in his further development - including by granting him a loan to purchase an additional building block press.
