A qualified dentist and mother of five, Nazira runs a children's dental clinic. Nazira was employed in a dental clinic for 6 years before finally taking it over in 2014 and becoming self-employed. She has since positioned her clinic as a children's dental clinic. She occasionally receives support in her business from her husband, who works as a computer programmer.

Project description

After buying the clinic, she immediately decided to expand the business. Her parents helped her to buy a suitable building and her husband helped her to repair it. Nazira financed the equipment with her own savings from the business profits. To further develop her business, Nazira seeks the advice of professional mentors from Switzerland and consultants from the Netherlands. They visit her several times a year to help her develop new technologies and purchase high-quality European consumables.

In the future, Nazira plans to continuously develop and offer online consultations, sedation devices, children's orthodontics and children's crowns. It has already built an additional room for this purpose and is prepared to create up to 15 new jobs there.

Nazira has already attended 2 basic seminars and 2 additional seminars from BPN and is looking forward to the next seminars and coaching offers from the BPN Foundation.
