Construction company

Zholdoshbek and his team currently build 1 to 2 houses per year. It takes 1 to 2 years to build a house, as most of the work is carried out by Zholdoshbek himself from start to finish. His team works for him on a 50% part-time contract. Special construction machinery and equipment are rented as required and building materials are purchased from construction stores in Bishkek at a reduced price for clients.

In the future, Zholdoshbek plans to train as an architect and designer. He would like to expand his company and be able to build up to 4 houses per year in the future. He is also considering opening a store for building accessories in Karakol and starting to manufacture plastic windows. Both of these are currently a gap in the market in Karakol. To this end, Zholdoshbek wants to convert a private house in Karakol and purchase equipment for window production as well as set up a warehouse for building materials. Zholdoshbek has already attended 3 BPN seminars and has been able to develop his vision, business plan and marketing strategy. He is looking forward to acquiring new knowledge in the field of finance next.
