Saltanat has been working in the field of dentistry for 26 years. She has been running her own small dental practice in Bishkek since 2003. Supported by a nurse, she has been treating her loyal clientele there. Saltanat heard about the BPN Foundation many years ago, but only now decided to complete the BPN program. The background to this decision is her determination to develop and grow as an entrepreneur. She now wants to expand her small practice of many years and is aiming for growth.

Project description

Saltanat has acquired new, well-located practice premises to further develop its business and plans to set up 3-4 modern treatment places there. It plans to employ dentists who have only recently completed their training in order to encourage and support them in their further development. In the future, Saltanat also plans to expand its range of services, which today primarily comprises traditional dental treatments, to include osteopathic services and - in collaboration with specialists - orthodontic treatments.

Saltanat has realized what a big development step lies ahead of her and wants to expand her entrepreneurial and business knowledge by completing the BPN program in order to achieve her goal. We are delighted to be able to accompany her on this journey.
