Maratbek initially founded his company with a business partner in 2016. After 5 years, however, they decided to go their separate ways. Maratbek finally started his own print shop in 2021. His services currently include printing services, outdoor advertising (including illuminated letters), the production of gifts and souvenirs, laser cutting and the printing of logos and lettering on clothing. Maratbek's wife works as head designer in his company. She is responsible for design, marketing and customer relations, while Maratbek is responsible for production as technical manager.

Project description

Maratbek's print shop is located in a rented space that is centrally located, but unfortunately has no suitable parking facilities for customers. In the future, Maratbek would like to build his own workshop, modernize the equipment and improve the working conditions for his employees. He also plans to expand his product range and be able to print on other materials.

Maratbek has already attended his first BPN seminar on "Employee management" and was very enthusiastic about it. He is looking forward to the next seminars and would like his wife to also attend BPN seminars when the opportunity arises. By participating in the BPN program, Maratbek wants to expand his entrepreneurial and business management skills and thus promote the successful development of his company.
