Gulzada has set up her production facility in a rented room measuring around 50 m². Here she carries out orders for the production of women's clothing. She obtains the pre-cut fabrics and other materials from the clients and uses them to produce high-quality garments in varying quantities. Due to her direct dependence on the clients and the unpredictable order situation, Gulzada wants to develop further as an entrepreneur and also create her own clothing line. She sees promising prospects in the combination of modern style and traditional Kyrgyz design elements. She has already developed her first models. In addition to developing her own brand, Gulzada is also planning to expand her production facilities and employ more staff.

Gulzada was recommended to take part in the BPN program by her sister. Gulzada would like to acquire the basic entrepreneurial and business knowledge necessary for the further development of her company in BPN's basic seminars. She is also particularly pleased with the guidance and support in the form of coaching.
