Project description

In their own workshop, Aiperi and her team produce children's and youth clothing for girls aged 3 and over. Their clothes are mainly exported and sold through wholesalers in Russia via online stores and social networks. The production itself, which was founded by Aiperi's mother, has been on the market for more than 20 years. With the establishment of Aiperi's company in 2021, the management of production was completely transferred from the mother to Aiperi. The family invested their own savings in a new, two-storey production building in the city center with an area of approx. 500 m². On this occasion, new, modern sewing machines were also purchased and a free dormitory for seamstresses was added. Aiperi is now well equipped for the future.

Aiperi currently employs 24 people. In the future, it plans to focus on children's clothing production and design and to become even more professional in online retail. With the help of the BPN program, Aiperi would like to learn new things, particularly in the areas of marketing and employee management, in addition to expanding its business knowledge.
