Project description

The conditions under which Atay has operated his workshop to date are not ideal. Today, some of the work has to be done outdoors. Atay has therefore decided to develop his company further. On the one hand, he is doing this by taking part in the BPN program, where he has already completed 2 basic seminars with great commitment. Secondly, Atay wants to lay the foundations for his new business location by purchasing a well-located plot of land. In addition to the optimally designed technical facilities, his plans also focus on the well-being of his employees. Among other things, a lounge and break room is to be set up. A waiting room for his customers is also planned. Atay would like to take out a loan of $6,000 from BPN to purchase the property. The BPN employees on site have already examined his request in detail and given the go-ahead for this project.

Atay currently employs 12 people, and this figure is set to rise to 20 once the new site has been built.
