Dental clinic

Irina and her twin sister are very concerned about quality: they ensure treatment in accordance with WHO standards, work only with certified medication and use biodegradable materials. They combine this with professional dental treatment and individual customer care. Irina's main customer segment is children, who make up around 70% of her patients. The dental practice has got off to a good start and has built up a good reputation in a short space of time.

Due to the limited space available, there are already bottlenecks. Although there are two treatment places in the treatment room, these are only used in parallel in exceptional cases - for example, when siblings are being treated at the same time. Irina would like to expand her dental clinic to an area of approx. 150m². This would also allow her to expand her range of services in the areas of dental hygiene, computer tomography, anesthesia, dental crowns, etc. In terms of business management, Irina is currently acting and planning for the very short term. She has already attended a BPN business plan workshop and would like to get the necessary tools for the sustainable development of her business in the BPN training program.
