Barbershop and beauty salon

Rima had the idea of opening a beauty salon ten years ago. At the time, she took over a vacant beauty salon for a short time. Unfortunately, however, the rent was increased, which is why she ended the lease.

When Rima converted her parents' house in 2012, another opportunity arose to realize her dream. She used the conversion to create her own beauty salon and opened "Burlesque" for women. "Burlesque" is the title of a famous movie. Two years ago, Rima also became a partner in the barbershop "Top Man". Barbershops are booming not only in Switzerland, but also in Kyrgyzstan. In order for "Top Man" to maintain its image as a pioneer, Rima and her team offer professional beauty consultations and massages for men in addition to shaves. They also offer certified vocational training for beginners in the hairdressing trade.

In the near future, Rima plans to open another branch for her own profit and to expand the range with services from a beautician and a dermatologist. Her vision is to continue her training in the field of hair loss and transplantation and to set up a small clinic in this area in the distant future. Rima is particularly interested in individual BPN coaching and basic business management training. She would also like to optimize the management of employees and learn to run the business more professionally.
