Dental practice

The dental practice is located in its own premises. Erika offers dental services, including orthodontics, for children and adults. A full 90% of her clients are children. In the near future, Erika plans to use her own profits to purchase an anesthesia breathing machine, carry out repairs in neighboring rooms and open a fully-fledged clinic. Erika and her husband would also like to focus even more on their main clientele, the children. To this end, they are planning to build a 5-storey dental clinic near their current practice with all the amenities for customers and staff.

To make this step a success, Erika is particularly interested in individual coaching from BPN as well as the basic seminars on business management know-how. She has not yet attended any BPN seminars, but is looking forward to them and is keen to complete them together with her husband, Timur. Their joint practice is doing well and enjoys a positive image. However, they need to raise their profile and professionalize their finances and staff management. Erika would like to take these steps in the BPN seminars.
