Training center and day care center

Makhabat's parents work as teachers and so the opportunity arose for her and her sister to open a kindergarten back in 2011. However, the project failed after just six months. Makhabat's sister managed to run the nursery independently until 2020. The coronavirus crisis in spring 2020 changed the situation again. The sisters seized this crisis together as an opportunity and, in October 2020, set up a training center with a daycare center, which Makhabat now took over the management of.

Makhabat has a master's degree in finance and has worked in the administration of the Kyrgyz government, among other things. The 46-year-old is married and the mother of three children. Makhabat has already attended several BPN seminars. In addition to individual coaching, she would like to continue her training, particularly in the areas of marketing and employee management. To keep her company on the road to success, it is essential to increase awareness and acquire new customers.
