Furniture production

Kamil's current company produces cabinet furniture and tables from laminated chipboard. He also offers services for furniture manufacturers (CNC machine and painting). His customers include private individuals as well as companies and schools. He currently employs eight people and rents five production workshops. Kamil already owns all of the production machines.

In the future, he would like to purchase his own production space, a store, new production machines and computers from the company's profits. He would like to expand his product range with cabinet, office and upholstered furniture.

Kamil was the first to attend BPN's seminar on drawing up a business and financial plan and is enthusiastic about the course. In addition to the basic business training, he is also particularly interested in the areas of marketing and employee management. He would also like to make use of the personal coaching offered by BPN. His business is running well, but there is potential for optimization in the areas of marketing and time management. Kamil would like to eliminate these weaknesses in the BPN seminars and manage his company professionally.
