Kindergarten and after school care

The idea to start her own kindergarten came to her in 2017 when a kindergarten with a bad reputation was put up for sale. Mariia took over the business and realized that it would take a lot of effort to eliminate the negative image of the previous operator. After two years, however, she overcame this challenge and now manages eight employees (half of them part-time) who look after 29 children. She now also offers after-school care, preparation for school and development classes for the children.

Maria is planning to move into a larger building, if possible her own instead of a rented one, in order to be able to take in even more children. She would like to develop cooperation with schools in Bishkek and organize individual school preparation for the children according to the requirements and standards of these schools. It also plans to finance accredited teaching programs and the training of teachers according to new methods and to develop its own website.

Mariia is particularly interested in individual coaching and basic business training at BPN. She has already attended several BPN seminars and would like to motivate her managers to do the same. Her kindergarten is running well, but needs to catch up in the areas of marketing and management. Mariia wants to learn how to advertise and manage her company more professionally at BPN.
