Production and sale of herbal tea

Bubukanym D.

Bubukanym is 22 years young and lives with her brother in the village with her mother, where she also started her family business. Her grandmother was an herbalist and taught Bubukanym a lot in this field. That's why she started selling therapeutic herbal teas at the age of 15 as a tea saleswoman for a Korean company.

In Russia, she attended further training in herbalism and in 2019 decided to set up her own company to produce her own tea blends. She collects raw materials in Kyrgyzstan. In the future, she would like to produce other products (syrups, soaps, etc.) from natural raw materials in addition to herbal teas. To this end, she plans to plant a plantation of mulberry trees, berries and medicinal herbs.

Project description

Bubukanym currently has a small production building with six freezers and already employs four people. With the help of the loan from BPN, it would like to purchase five more freezers and an additional drying system and also hire three more employees.

Bubukanym is interested in BPN's basic business training. She maintains good contacts with her customers. Her business works well, but is still too little known and has too little organization in the areas of marketing and finance. In the BPN seminars, she wants to learn how to advertise more professionally and run her business professionally.
