Baktygul is a lawyer and economist. As her children grew up, she developed a desire to open a good kindergarten. The 35-year-old opened the first educational institution in Bishkek in 2017. She opened two more branches in 2019 and early 2020, but had to close them again due to the coronavirus.

Baktygul turned to BPN precisely because of the Covid-19 crisis. She would like to continue her business training, work on her leadership skills and is very interested in improving her marketing strategies.

Project description

In the only remaining branch, the entrepreneur offers space for around 70 children. Baktygul attaches great importance to early language support. She has therefore employed two English and two Turkish-speaking teachers. Another focus of her institution is the promotion of artistic skills and alternative forms of movement such as yoga to improve posture. The young woman and her team want to prepare children aged between one and a half and seven for school as well as possible.

Baktygul would like to be able to open another branch in the near future. In the long term, she has set herself the goal of opening an elementary school for first to fourth grade. She wants to offer as many children as possible access to learning through play.

The young entrepreneur is very much looking forward to realizing her vision in the coming years with our support.
