Kindergarten and nursery

Nurzhan is in her mid-thirties and the founder of her company, which she runs together with her husband. She is responsible for an after-school care center and a kindergarten and has been fulfilling a care and education mandate in the early childhood sector since 2015 (the youngsters are between one and a half and seven years old). Nurzhan aims to provide the best in terms of education and training. This includes, for example, teaching the three languages Kyrgyz, Russian and English. Reading is also part of the curriculum for the children from the age of five. With the socialization purpose of her company, Nurzhan also wants to ensure that children are educated and develop in a creative way.

Nurzhan is highly motivated to apply the knowledge she has acquired at BPN to her day-to-day business. Her keen interest in basic business training, particularly in employee management and marketing, is something BPN can optimally meet through coaching.
