Her basic aim is to promote talented fashion designers with her consultancy firm and thus raise the profile of Kyrgyz fashion.

As a fashion consultant, she advises sewing factories, tailors and fashion designers. Damira's services enable professionals in the Kyrgyz fashion industry to follow trends, improve the development of their businesses and create export opportunities. In addition, Damira's network introduces talented fashion designers to each other.

Over the next four years, the fashion consultant wants to see major progress in the national textile industry. She also plans to open her own design studio to provide a platform for young, talented designers. Damira attaches great importance to the ethical and cultural achievements in the Kyrgyz fashion world.
