Veterinary clinic

Natalia V.

Natalia is 44 years old, married and has two daughters. She completed her veterinary studies at the Kyrgyz Agricultural University. She was then able to rent a building with the appropriate equipment at the same university and set up her own veterinary clinic.

In addition to her practice, she teaches at the same institute and conducts research in the field of veterinary medicine together with other scientists from foreign organizations. The condition of the building is not new, as it was built in Soviet times. However, Natalia's veterinary clinic has the necessary equipment for examinations and surgical procedures on pets.

Project description

Natalia has three employees and, in addition to the usual treatments such as diagnostics and vaccinations, also offers laboratory examinations, ultrasounds and even a zoo hotel for all animal species (cattle, small livestock, dogs, cats). In addition to these services, the clinic sells medicines and food supplements for pets.

Her clients include private individuals and other veterinary clinics from Bishkek and the surrounding area. In the next five years, Natalia would like to expand her activities, particularly in the field of laboratory analysis and ultrasound research.

Natalia has already attended several BPN seminars. She is interested in our basic business management training and coaching. Even though her veterinary practice has a good name, Natalia wants to get her financial accounting and time management in order. In our seminars, she wants to learn how to get a better overview of expenses and income and how to run the business professionally.
