Project description

In 2013, Edilbek is the only founder to launch his limited company. The company offers repair and construction services as well as services for engineering networks (water supply, wastewater, electricity and heat supply). Edilbek has already acquired various licenses for construction and installation work for his GmbH. The company participates in tenders and carries out public and private contracts. His big-name regular customers include the Office of City Property under the administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Office of New Construction under the administration of the Mayor's Office in Bishkek and the National Surgical Center. He works beyond Bishkek throughout the country.

In 2017, the company acquired a two-storey basement office with a total area of 270 m² not far from the center of the capital Bishkek for USD 84,000. Edilbek is investing his profits in increasing the company's equity (capitalization) in order to be able to participate in even larger construction projects in the future. He also wants to build and sell his first own multi-storey house - completely independently from his own funds.

Edilbek has already attended several BPN seminars. He is interested in BPN's basic business management training. He is also keen to take his wife to some of the seminars. He has a good nose for his business and maintains good contacts with his customers. His limited company works well, but has too little order in the areas of finance, time and process management. In the BPN seminars, he wants to learn how to eliminate his weaknesses and run his business professionally.
