Production of agricultural equipment

Bakyt actually started out with a clay brick production business. This required a crusher, which he built himself. The business worked well until the price of clay bricks fell. On the other hand, the demand for crushers, trailers and agricultural products increased, so Bakyt focused on these products.

His business is running successfully today. Crushers, trailers for vehicles, rotary mowers, single and two-wheel wheelbarrows and concrete mixers are manufactured to order. During the season, Bakyt and his team produce around 100 crushers. His customers are mainly private individuals from the surrounding area. But even though business is going well, Bakyt wants to invest in the future. His workshop needs to be repaired and production modernized. Bakyt would also like to offer practical training for welders and fitters so that he can attract good, professional specialists to his business.

Bakyt has already attended several BPN seminars and workshops. He is interested in BPN's basic business training. He has a good nose for business and maintains good contacts with his customers. However, his time and financial management is still not organized enough. Another challenge is finding good and loyal employees. In BPN's seminars, he wants to learn how to work on his weaknesses and manage the business professionally.
