Stone processing / manufacture of monuments

Nurtemir has positioned himself well in the market and built up a loyal clientele. His shop is located in the center of Bishkek. Customers come to him on recommendation and he is not currently advertising. Demand drops sharply in the winter months. This gives him time to develop new ideas and expand his range. He recently attended a course in Russia to produce stone-like products from concrete. He sees great potential in this because concrete is significantly cheaper than stone.

One of his strengths is his many years of work experience. He completes customers' orders in a short time and has competent employees. Nurtemir has supplied around 4,000 customers to date and no one has ever been dissatisfied.

Within the next four years, Nurtemir would like to buy his own production premises and a better stone milling machine. He also plans to set up a new production line for the manufacture of concrete window sills, table tops, stair plinths, etc. He wants to develop into a leading, medium-sized company, expand further and address new customer segments.

Nurtemir is an exceptionally talented craftsman who needs BPN's basic business training. He has a good feel for business and cultivates his customer relationships. His business is successful, but Nurtemir doesn't have his financial accounts in order. In the BPN seminars, he wants to learn how to get a better overview of expenses and income.
