The guest house is open all year round. In addition, Banur offers courses for making felt products, natural soap and jam. Banur also offers themed guided tours for tourists and organizes guided horse riding tours, trekking tours and car trips to the sights in the region. Six employees are involved in the business, including two cooks, two gardeners, cleaning staff and a translator with knowledge of English.

Tourists from various countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Japan, ecotourists from Europe and local vacationers) stay at the guest house. The tourists come for cultural trips, beach vacations, mountain trekking and excursions to the regional sights.

Banur has plenty of land to develop her own business. In summer, she plans to rent out bicycles, scooters, kayaks and in winter, snowmobiles, snowshoes, sledges, skis and more. Banur also wants to rent a beach property on a long-term basis because the locals enjoy the beach area.

Banur is interested in BPN's basic business training. She has a good feel for the business and cultivates customer relationships. Her business is running successfully, but she doesn't have enough order in her financial accounting. In the BPN seminars, she would like to learn how to have a better overview of expenses and income.
