In 2011, Dinara founded a beauty clinic that offers medical and cosmetic services. The clinic performs facial cosmetics and injection procedures (mesotherapy, biorevitalization, plasmolifting, contourplasty, botulinum therapy, thread lifting, phototherapy, ultrasound lifting, RF lifting) and treats various skin diseases. The clinic is 60m ² in size and offers clients a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

Dinara also provides internships for graduates of the medical academy. Once or twice a month she organizes seminars with cosmetic producers from France, Russia and Ukraine. She plans to expand her offer in order to attract additional customers and would like to purchase a PLASMA beauty machine for non-surgical blepharoplasty (made in Germany). This machine is used for the removal of skin defects (plaque, skin papillomas, acne) and for the elimination of wrinkles. The knowledge to operate the machine is available in Dinara's clinic.
