Dance school

Melita L.

Melita L. was a member of the world-famous Georgian National Ballet Sukhishvili for 5 years before opening her own dance school in 2004 and founding her own company in 2021. Together with a team of dance teachers, Melita offers her clients lessons in traditional Georgian dances at professional and amateur level, online dance courses, dance courses for children, intensive courses for tourists and performances at weddings and business events.

As Melita continues to work as a part-time dance teacher at the Sukhishvili National Ballet, her dance school enjoys an excellent reputation and attracts many new customers thanks to recommendations. Her dance school currently has 2 modern dance studios in Tbilisi. Melita's dance school is known for its specially developed learning method, which makes it easier for students to memorize the movements.

Melita's weak point is her operational processes. As managing director, she handles simple administrative tasks herself and cannot find the right staff to delegate tasks. She urgently needs support in coordinating course registrations and checking payments. Especially when she herself is abroad for performances. That's why she turned to BPN and, after drawing up a business plan for the development of her company, has already taken advantage of several individual coaching sessions. We look forward to supporting Melita in further professionalizing her business.
