Miranda studied in Belgium and worked for many years as a French teacher, head teacher and examiner at various language schools in Georgia. In 2022, she decided to start her own business and founded her own language school. Miranda's company offers face-to-face and distance learning courses for all levels and ages.
Miranda attaches great importance to flexible teaching methods and offers individual and group lessons in different group sizes depending on the customer's requirements. On request, lessons can also take place at the learner's home. In addition to local customers, she also offers distance learning to Georgians abroad who need French for their professional advancement.
In terms of the learning method, the lessons at Miranda's language school are based on the communication method, with the aim of enabling learners to use the French language as quickly as possible in everyday communication situations. Miranda is particularly proud of the "animated French lessons" for pre-school children, which she offers exclusively.
Miranda's long-standing contacts with the French community in Georgia are particularly helpful in acquiring customers. In addition, she runs a website with online registration options and places paid advertisements via Facebook. Currently, Miranda employs 5 experienced part-time teachers and works with a group of around 50 students. The aim is to be able to offer high quality French lessons to more than 400 students in 4 years.
