Lasha tries to incorporate all of these positive qualities into the marketing of his family hotel via social media, online booking portals and cooperation with tourism agencies. The biggest challenge currently facing Lasha's company is the acquisition of qualified specialist staff from the region. As an extremely dynamic and learning-oriented person, Lasha would like to deepen his business knowledge. He has already attended various BPN seminars and worked closely with BPN during the construction phase.
