The motivated entrepreneur Ana G. wants to give women a well-groomed appearance and self-confidence with handmade natural cosmetic products. Ana has been tinkering with nourishing substances for 20 years. When she introduced her homemade creams to her friends in a Facebook post a good two years ago, she met with an unexpectedly large response. This is how her long-standing hobby turned into a small business.

Project description

Driven by customer demand, Ana continuously expanded her range, refined the formulas and created new, unique creams. Finally, 1.5 years ago, her cosmetics company was officially founded. Today, the small company has a considerable regular clientele at home and abroad. The main customer segment is women aged between 30 and 70 who prefer cosmetics without questionable ingredients.

The success spurred Ana on to bigger goals: She would soon like to market her creams in attractive packaging. She is also considering adding healing ointments and hair care products to her range in the future. She is aware that the next steps in expanding her business need to be well planned. She has to study her customers' needs closely and recognize market trends early on. In 2021, she joined the BPN support program and has already benefited from 10 individual coaching sessions and training courses on business administration, positioning and social media marketing. We look forward to accompanying Ana on her further journey...
