Day center with workshop

In the near future, the social enterprise is to be expanded to include a nursery. Dimitri's aim is to cover a third of the operating costs with his own sources of income in the medium term. The items produced in the laser workshop are currently sold in their own store in Borjomi Park, a local supermarket and online. In addition, writing pads and kitchen utensils are offered at exhibitions in Tibilisi. There are also individual orders for personalized lettering and emblems from hotels and local tourism companies. Dimitri's customer base includes half tourists and half residents of Borjomi.

Quality is a central concern for Dimitri. His customers should not buy the products out of pity! Rather, because the quality is convincing. In order for Dimitri's company to grow, the product range must be standardized, innovative products created and the brand and awareness of the company strengthened.
