In a central district of the city, she quickly converted a commercial property into a small clinic with various treatment rooms. The space is so large that she can offer her customers medical massages, manicures, pedicures, cellulite treatments, laser therapies and hairstyling all in one place.

Her central business idea, together with her co-managing director, is to combine art and medical aesthetics. To this end, constantly changing paintings and jewelry are exhibited and offered for sale in the beauty center.

In addition to her role as co-managing director, Irina also works as a laser therapist. Irina attaches great importance to qualified staff and prefers to employ people with basic medical training. The "Aesthetic Art Lab" currently has 23 employees.

Despite Covid-19, Irina has already been able to build up a considerable customer base. Nevertheless, she is constantly trying to acquire new customers via social media, her own contacts and targeted marketing campaigns in order to continuously increase the occupancy rate of the beauty center. The ambitious and lively entrepreneur also wants to make progress in business management. To this end, she has already attended numerous BPN seminars, made extensive use of individual coaching and also sends her employees to BPN seminars.
