After attending the BPN business plan workshop in Gori, Nino plucked up all her courage and took the plunge into self-employment. She turned a previously rented second home straight into two classrooms and mobilized three teachers, who now teach a steadily growing number of private students with her.

With the strong conviction that sustainable learning results can only be achieved through interactive teaching, the young team is always on the lookout for new teaching and learning methods. In addition to traditional lessons, Nino's private school offers enrolled students the opportunity to take part in international online exchange programs free of charge over the weekend, for example, which makes the young private school even more attractive.

Nino is extremely inquisitive and determined and has been closely involved in the planning and implementation of the first business steps since her first contact with BPN. By attending additional workshops and seminars, she wants to expand her skills in the areas of business administration and financial management and receive new impetus for the further development of her company through coaching.

The start has been successful and business development to date appears promising.
