Project description

In addition to the founder, Madam Wine currently has four employees who are highly motivated to achieve a common goal: to make Georgian wine known worldwide and to produce high-quality wines for women. An important step in this direction was the development of a trilingual website.

In 2017, Madam Wine produced 2,500 bottles of wine; four types of red wine and one rosé wine. These sold well, mainly thanks to cooperation with tourism companies, participation in wine fairs and targeted Facebook advertising campaigns.

Madam Wine differs from its competitors in that its wines are produced according to the latest processes and European hygiene standards. In future, Manana would also like to offer dishes and cosmetic products to match the wine. Always true to the motto: "By women for women".

Despite the overall positive business development in recent years, Madam Wine is also struggling with challenges. The company produces in a rented property and the number of wine tanks available, in which wines can also be produced in small quantities, is limited.

Manana hopes to deepen her business management knowledge and further professionalize her business thanks to the collaboration with BPN.
