As soon as he arrived, he began to set up his own general construction company. His aim is to build single-family housing estates outside Tbilisi. Settlements with houses of 50, 70 and 100 square meters. All surrounded by a small green area. The target clientele includes ecologically-minded, middle-class families who want to escape the exhaust fumes and noise of the city, raise their children in a healthy environment, but still live close to the capital and workplaces.

Irakli currently has 3 employees. He has already landed his first order. For the coming year, 10 new buildings are planned, which are to be marketed via social media and creative promotional campaigns. With extensive reference projects in Russia, including large buildings and prestigious construction projects for celebrities, Irakli is already an "experienced fox". Thanks to the currently still modest competition and his many years of experience, he hopes to quickly make a good name for himself in Georgia too.
