BPN Expert Pool - Become a member

The BPN Expert Pool offers you a platform to contribute your business management expertise and technical know-how as part of our range of seminars and coaching on site in the BPN countries.

As a member of the BPN Expert Pool...

  • you have many years of professional experience and technical know-how in a business-related subject area.

  • show openness towards different cultures and people.

  • you have experience as a speaker and convey learning content as practically as possible, integrating your wealth of experience and concrete case studies.

  • design your lessons interactively according to didactic principles of modern adult education.

  • Link your input to the existing content of the BPN basic and additional seminars in the best possible way. The BPN Expert Pool Coordinator will provide you with helpful advice and support.

  • adapt your teaching material to local conditions, if necessary.

  • you are ready to cooperate with the BPN Foundation in the long term and to give a developed seminar/webinar at least 1x per year.

  • your seminars can be held in German or English. We organize the translation.

On-site deployment or webinar

An on-site assignment normally lasts 5 working days, excluding travel days and preparation time. You combine your seminar with company visits and individual coaching sessions. The time frame for on-site seminars is 1-4 working days (max. 6 teaching hours per day).

A webinar (exceptional case) preferably extends over 2 working days of 2 lessons each. It is possible to combine the webinar with individual online coaching sessions on the subject matter covered. On request, we can provide you with our "BPN webinar studio" in Bern for your webinar.

Target group

As a speaker in the BPN Expert Pool, you will meet a demanding audience of experienced managing directors, entrepreneurs and managers. They will primarily evaluate your input according to its practical relevance and whether they can implement the knowledge imparted in their day-to-day business.

Compensation

For a 5-day on-site assignment, a lump-sum compensation of CHF 4,000 is provided. The lump sum includes preparation and travel costs. Accommodation and catering costs on site are to be borne by BPN.

A flat fee of 700 CHF is provided for the preparation and implementation of a webinar.

Those of the participant documents are covered by BPN.

Our experience from completed BPN Expert Pool assignments shows that a BPN Expert Pool assignment is extremely meaningful and exciting, but the preparation effort for an input tends to be underestimated.
