With great gratitude I look back on 10 eventful years. It began with passionate euphoria - and a little naivety... After 2 years full of hurdles, it was time for us to return to the starting field! We learned that building trusting relationships is THE bridge to entrepreneurs. Only then is it a matter of demanding and promoting - not the other way around!
Today, we are impressed daily by the enormous creative power of BPN entrepreneurs. People who open up to us vulnerably, who learn with us, fail, and grow with the tasks. With them, with a spirited team and strong partner organizations, BPN has established itself in Rwanda.
That's why we celebrate in May - because "the journey has been long and it continues". Let's do it!
